Fire Department

To protect lives, property and the community from the destructive effects of fire, natural disasters, and other hazards by providing public education, incident prevention and emergency response services.

The Ahoskie Fire Department is a proud, professional organization consisting of full time and volunteer men dedicated to protecting the lives and property of the citizens of Ahoskie and Hertford County. It is our hope that as our site develops you will be able to get a sense of who we are, and, more importantly, offer you the resources you need to live and work in a fire-safe environment here in Ahoskie.
